Your commitment
Confirming an order means committing to honor it. Be present at delivery, or send someone in your place.
In case of absence
- You answer the first call (confirming you'll be available)
- You don't answer the second call (the delivery person arrives and you're not there)
→ This counts as a refused delivery.
Sanctions
Two refusals = temporary account suspension.
Three refusals = permanent suspension.
