Publish a listing
Create a listing with:
- A clear and honest description
- Authentic photos of the item (no images taken from the internet)
- The price
- All useful information: size, brand, condition, any defects
Be precise about sizing
- Indicate the label size (S, M, L, XL, 38, 40...)
- If possible, add measurements (length, width, chest)
- If the item runs large or small compared to the standard, say so clearly: "This item runs large - a size S is equivalent to a regular M"
The more precise you are, the fewer disputes you'll have.
After the sale
When a buyer places an order, prepare the item and hand it over to the delivery person.
What you'll never know about the buyer
- Their phone number
- Their email address
- Their social media accounts
- Any information to contact them directly
You'll only have an order number.
Absolute rule: no contact outside the platform
It is forbidden to:
- Ask for the buyer's phone number
- Give out your phone number or email address
- Suggest moving the conversation to Instagram, WhatsApp, or Snapchat
- Suggest a hand-to-hand delivery
- Include your contact details in the parcel
Why? To protect everyone. This is Vestrend's core principle.
Sanctions
First offense = temporary suspension. Repeat offense = permanent suspension, without warning.
