Vestrend is an Algerian digital platform designed to connect sellers and buyers who want to sell or purchase items simply and securely.
Our role
Vestrend acts as a technical intermediary: we facilitate connections between users, the publication of listings, order management, and the organization of deliveries through our independent partner. We are not a party to the sales contracts concluded between users, but we do everything we can to guarantee a reliable and transparent environment.
Publishing listings
Sellers can publish listings to offer their products. Every listing must include an accurate description and representative photographs of the item. The seller is solely responsible for the information they provide. A misleading listing may be removed and its author sanctioned.
How to place an order
When a buyer finds an item they're interested in, they can:
- Contact the seller through the in-app messaging system to ask questions in complete confidentiality, without ever disclosing their personal contact details
- Add the item to their cart
- Validate their cart to access the order summary
Confirming the order
After the first validation, a detailed summary is displayed showing:
- The price of the item
- The applicable delivery fees
- The total order amount
The total amount is calculated automatically by the platform. The buyer must review this information and explicitly confirm the total amount for the order to be considered firm and final. This confirmation constitutes a commitment to purchase.
Delivery and payment
Once the order is confirmed, Vestrend forwards the necessary information to its delivery partner, an independent company. In line with the Vestrend model, payment is made exclusively at the time of delivery, in cash, to the delivery partner or at a pickup point, depending on the option chosen.
